A Ceramic Supply Chain Team Based in Dehua
U-Nest grew from hands-on experience in ceramic development and factory production. Over approximately 15 years, we have worked across sampling, production, supplier coordination, quality follow-up, and delivery planning.
Why U-Nest Exists
Managing the gaps between design, factory, and delivery
We repeatedly saw the same problems: promising designs that were difficult to produce, samples that could not be repeated consistently, quality standards understood differently by clients and factories, and delivery plans built on unrealistic capacity.
U-Nest was developed to manage these gaps. Today, we work as a local ceramic project and supply chain team for overseas clients.
